How we work to provide the most efficient and lowest cost EPCs in England & Wales
Most Home Owners finding this page have arrived from one of our Google adverts which are only visible to users in areas where we market EPCs at between £35 and £37 which is for properties up to 4 bedrooms( VAT not applicable) .
We believe that our prices for Home Owners/Landlords will be lower than any others, although their headline figure may compare to ours, but is often for a 2 bed terraced property in one part of the country, whereas ours is for up to a standard 4 bed detached. We are happy to be compared but please write this website page down, as sometimes, when you revisit Google, we might be on a page after the first and you may not find us.
Once you wish to Order, you will be asked for some survey times which suit you such as Monday 9 to 12am; Tuesday 3 to 5pm etc. This helps our Energy Assessor and means that you can be sent a message with a ‘Suggested Appointment’ date, chosen from the dates you have given. You are then asked to press the ‘Confirm’ button and the status changes to ‘Confirmed Appt’ and it is all booked. The alternative is that each of you leave voice-mails for each other with ‘missed calls’ etc., and if there are any changes to your availability, you can leave a NOTE for the Assessor or phone them if preferable
Alternatively, if you don’t provide any Suggested Appointment Date/Time Bands and leave that part blank, our Assessor will contact you by phone within 24 hours and book it in over the next few days to suit you.
If it is more Urgent than that, please let us know & we will ensure the Assessor knows and moves your job up their list of priorities.
Price is important, but so is efficiency, and our website has been designed to be just that and to enable you to ‘Track Your Order’ so you are kept up to date on the progress of your job. Our main business is to provide a cost efficient EPC Service for Private Home Owners, Landlords and Corporate clients and we use a team of Accredited Energy Assessors, who we introduce to you and if an invoice/receipt is required, please ask them for one. They will contact you, the Owner, or any Tenant or Third Party such as your Agent/Neighbour so they can arrange the survey and produce the EPC. We aim to provide at the lowest of fees as these Assessors have worked with us for many years and have agreed to work at the best of prices for us due to the volumes of work we send them.

WHEN YOU NEED AN EPC
You need a valid EPC if you market your property for Sale or Rent, for Solar installations, or if you have any energy improvements being provided under a Government scheme.
CHECK IF THERE IS ALREADY ONE HELD ON THE REGISTER FOR YOUR PROPERTY
EPCs started in 2007 and last 10 years, and some properties already have an EPC on them, but many Customers want a new one when improvements or extensions have been made. We assume that you will have checked and if ordering one, that you require an updated version, if one is already on the register.
