RESIDENTIAL EPCs for domestic properties built before April 2008
– from £35 fixed price for up to 4 bedroom detached properties
We aim to be a leading low cost and efficient provider of EPCs with the price depending on your post code. Our fixed fee applies to all properties up to a standard 4 bed detached for Home Owners or Landlords, and approx 50% of England & Wales are charged at between £35 and £37, with nothing further to pay unless you want additional services from us. If you have landed here from a Google link, it is likely that your cost will be in the above range as our own Google adverts are all in that price range. If in doubt of the Build Date for your property, please refer to the NHBC Certificate as that is the important date
We do not ask you to make any upfront payment, and the Energy Assessor we introduce to you to complete the job will collect the payment from you at the time of the survey, and provide you with any Invoice/Receipt, giving you the peace of mind of knowing it has taken place before payment.

Our main business is to provide an efficient and cost efficient EPC Service throughout all of England & Wales for Private Home Owners, Landlords and Corporate clients and we will introduce a local Accredited Energy Assessor to you, to contact you, the Owner, or a Tenant/Third Party so they can arrange the survey and produce the EPC. We can provide at the lowest of fees because these Assessors have agreed to work at the best of prices for us due to the volumes of work we send them, and they work with us for years in many cases.
HOW OUR WEBSITE WORKS
- Once Ordered, there is a ‘Track my Order’ system and you can follow the progress of your job and you will receive an email to update you on progress at each stage.
- There is a messaging system so that you can send a Note to any party linked to the job and this system ensures that the job is progressed as quickly as possible as you can liaise directly with the Energy Assessor.
- Once job completed and uploaded, you receive an email and it is then available for download, and will have been lodged on the National register at www.epcregister.com
You need a valid EPC if you market your property for Sale or Rent, for Solar installations, or if you have any energy improvements being provided under the Government ECO scheme, such as Boilers and Insulation. We can provide Green Deal EPCs but these are individually priced and please email jacko Page at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our EPCs are normally produced within 2 to 5 days of placing the Order, and the survey usually takes between 30 & 60 minutes and is arranged when convenient to you and the EPC is usually available to download the following day after the survey
CHECK IF THERE IS ALREADY ONE HELD ON THE REGISTER FOR YOUR PROPERTY
Some properties already have an EPC on them, but many Customers want a new one when improvements or extensions have been made, and you can check your property on epcregister.com by clicking here. We assume that you will have checked and if ordering one, that you require an updated version, if one is already on the register.
